Well actually I could have used some help, doing better now though. I'll just bet that you all thought I'd dropped off the face of the earth right? Well close, but no cigar!! LOL!
Talk about busy, I haven't even had time to bake my Christmas cookies and bread! I don't think I'm going to be able to either. Well maybe just for our neighbors and us, but not the hundreds of them I normally make and ship back to family in Minnesota. Well there's always Easter! I could do bunnies, chicks and eggs! What do you think? LOL!
So I've been swamped with trying to create stuff and package up and ship the orders as well. Did lots of trees this year, and also made a couple of swags this time. They all turned out pretty good! I will share some pics when I'm done.
I did take a little break so that I could decorate MY OWN tree though. Well because I was so pressed for time, I only put up my small 6 ft tree this year. Not my super huge 9 ft monster that takes me a week just to put together!
So what is everyone doing for Xmas? What are you cooking and or baking? I'm going to have a turkey(since I didn't get one for Thanksgiving). Can't wait for that stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy........yummmmmmmm!
Well the latest news is this: Mac quit the paper, so he's not delivering to those stores anymore, thank god. He's just working at the convenience store right now, so no more 2 jobs!
Unfortunately last Saturday night he was on his route when some guy tried to beat him up and steal our truck!!! Mac had to hit him back and take off before the guy could steal it.
Then when Mac got to the next store, he slipped on the ice and fell smack on his spine!! OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! So needless to say he can barely move, I have to dress him, and he can't go back to the newspaper (those stacks of papers are way too heavy).
I just hope he's going to be okay after awhile. Between his back and my neck and shoulders(fibromyalgia) we need to be put away somewhere!! LOL!
I promise now to keep up with my writing. I'm going to keep you updated with my Xmas stuff. You can never have too much Christmas!
Take care everyone, I'll talk to you in the next couple of days!
